In this area of my California native plant garden, the only plants that I planted are the black sage in the middle-top, and the tree on the right. Every other plant is sown from seed. This year I didn't sow any seeds so these plants sowed themselves.

If true, the executive responsible needs to be prosecuted and if the board approved the move, the company should be put into conservatorship by the state.
