Trump wants Congress to pass the House GOP's version of a budget reconciliation bill that includes massive cuts to Medicaid and SNAP to pay for tax cuts for the rich.

The House is on recess, so now would be a great time to call your rep and share your thoughts.

People don’t give a shit if it's one or two bills.

They care that Republicans are hellbent on cutting the *$6 per day* families get in nutrition assistance and the Medicaid benefits millions of working families rely on to see a doctor.

And for what? To pay for more tax cuts for giant corporations.

Absorbed Solar Radiation (ASR) over the Northern Hemisphere mid-latitudes is not (yet?) decreasing.

Outgoing Longwave Radiation (OLR) increased with this regional temperature increase, but OLR couldn't keep up with the ASR increase, leading to a net-flux increase.

I don't want to become an expert on H5N1.

My children don't want to become experts on H5N1.

Environmentalism is not about sustainability and finding substitutes for fossil fuels in solar, wind, etc.

Environmentalism is about saving as much of the planet as possible, about preserving our beautiful home.
