There are MPs still interacting with the far right on X. A platform designed and run to undermine the UK and to shatter its values with hatred and violence. They're talking to people who want to deport them and who despise every word they say - and let's face it, don't believe they have any rights.

This year feels like the first year we are talking about the real issue.

Something we’ve known for years.

It’s the billionaires.

People are beginning to get it.

The culture war was created by them to divert the real issue.

Their greed. Their absolute and grotesque greed.

This Government has hugely increased public spending, which will have large in-kind benefits for households.

Families across the income distribution will benefit, but poorer households will benefit more as they use public services more, and these represent a larger proportion of their income.

Interesting that the BBC will call National Rally "Far Right" (in an article about Bardella meeting Farage) - when they would never use that term for Reform. Their policies are very similar. If anything Reform's are more authoritarian.

The conflation of "foreign criminals" and "illegal migrants" is disgusting.

Vile when some people don't have a safe route to flee from the utter detestation & brutality of war.

It's all grim enough without the Labour Government pushing further misinformation.
The Home Office continues to use language that its own data refutes

You know, infuriating and a shameful betrayal though the BBC and other media's misreporting of the Sandie Peggie judgment is, it also doesn't really matter.

What matters is the judgment which lawyers will read, use to advise their clients, and inclusion will be the winner.

Watched BBC 6 o clock news. Just a completely unserious broadcast. Chris Mason, acting like a children's entertainer, giving a prolonged impenetrable editorial. Not a whiff of informative content about the Budget or what it means for the country. Just playschool blah blah bollocks.

Reminder that Starbucks’ CEO made 6,666x more than the company's median employee in 2024.

This was the widest CEO-to-Worker pay gap in the entire S&P 500.

And we're supposed to believe Starbucks can't afford to bargain a fair contract with its unionized workers?

That MSPs are now openly saying stuff like this is chilling. "Controversial groups like LGBT Youth Scotland"? LGBTYS didn't need to be in my schools for me to be gay, but they sure as hell would have helped me avoid 9 years of fear and self-loathing if they had been. Despicable stuff.
