Im Jahresbericht des Bundes der Freien Waldorfschulen gibt es einen Artikel über “Rechtsberatung und Rechtsabteilung des BdFW”, der darauf eingeht, dass die Kapazitäten 2023 erhöht wurden und insbesondere die Satzung so geändert, das der BdFW das Image aller Waldorfschulen vertreten darf aka klagen.
Als #exwaldi die öffentlich unter Pseudonym Waldorfkritik übt, will ich ein paar Gedanken zum Thema SLAPP-Klagen und Waldorf teilen.
