The way I have seen people unable to give up even the tiniest of inconveniences and yet want change…
Makes me sad that people, communities, still think it’s ok to use X (no, it’s not Twitter any more, hasn’t been for some time).

11 days until comp. I might try to do static holds for the 3 lifts to get used to the feeling. I’m still very undecided on my openers but I’m not going to go too heavy. First comps are all about getting the experience, not setting records.
