Nigel Farage doesn’t think the Prime Minister should have free speech in this country. But he’ll tell foreigners that yours is somehow under threat from the Prime Minister. He’s a whiny little liar. Always has been. Always will be.

Elon Musk openly called for violence on our streets yesterday.

I hope politicians from all parties come together to condemn his deeply dangerous and irresponsible rhetoric.

Britain must stand united against this clear attempt to undermine our democracy.

You couldn’t imagine a more ironic situation. I’m still yet to find a well informed flag raiser, with a sensible logic behind the “patriotism”.
"Manchester’s chief flag-raiser has put his people smuggling days behind him"

Lee Twamley, aka Salford T-Bone, leading the flag protest against unchecked immigration in Manchester

Spent 20 months in prison for smuggling migrants into the country in the back of a van 😐

Flags protesting unchecked immigration have gone up across the city, led by a man caught smuggling migrants into the country in the back of a van

It’s pretty shocking that BBC R4 issued an apology. To my mind his comments in the Mail do constitute xenophobia. I respect his right to query that, but can’t see an apology necessary

However the scariest part for me is that the version now on iPlayer is edited to remove the xenophobia reference.
'Honest Bob' Jenrick, a politician obviously & deliberately embracing xenophobia, does some weapons grade xenophobia & the BBC *apologises* for a Thought For The Day contributor calling it xenophobic. Licence fee payers need to know who makes these decisions & why. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
BBC apologises after Robert Jenrick accused of xenophobia
A contributor to Radio 4's Thought for the Day slot made the remark about the shadow justice secretary.

Listening to Neil Kinnock is always a pleasure. His visit to @skynewsrss.bsky.social this morning was similarly joyful. Very clear, not shy to tell the truth and spot on. Best prime minister we never had???

Goodness knows why @news.sky.com has led politics this morning in a nothing story about Prince Harry and a charity he formed. 20 mins to get to the actual allegations against the guest and zero political interest. Trevor Phillips programme is pointless!!

This is an interesting piece and well thought out. As minor opposition Reform can promise to change anything they like. Makes no difference that won’t be able, or even try, to affect said change.

Lawyers for Liz Truss have asked me to stop saying Liz Truss crashed the economy. I only said Liz Truss crashed the economy because Liz Truss did crash the economy. If she wanted me to not say Liz Truss crashed the economy, she shouldn’t have crashed the economy.
