We made the decision years ago to pay for school rather than have holidays, cars and other luxuries - it'll be hard for us to pay the extra but we'll manage, and I still consider us lucky to have such a first world problem instead of keeping fed & warm
I've just shut up the East Wing, reduced Simmonds to a 5 day week, and sacked Rogers the chauffeur for much the same reason.
Seems I'll have to drive the children back to school in the Bentley myself this Easter term.
