Dave was one of my earliest musical friends and companions - his situation now is so sad, and I'm sharing this in case any of you might remember his work, and wish to help.
Dave Williams, lead guitarist in Mellow Candle, now suffers from advanced Alzheimers, and is profoundly deaf. He lost his partner just recently, and Alison (lead singer and his former wife) has set up a GoFundMe so that we can help out a bit - pls help if you can!

Someone posted a letter to the IT here recently and the writer was suggesting making Irish more accessible by scrapping an t-urú agus an séimhiú. Now I’m not qualified to speak on the intricacies of this, but simply, where’s the flavour man? You don’t want to say “ar an mbus”?
