Polish PM Tusk: No-one will take seriously a weak and divided Europe: neither enemy nor ally. It is already clear now. We must finally believe in our own strength, we must continue to arm ourselves, we must stay united like never before. One for all, and all for one. Otherwise, we are finished.

Hardly new or surprising at this point, but it's still so crazy how the US president goes to bat for Russia, aping the Russian government's propaganda, lying to the world on a Russian dictator's behalf, and trying to help Russian military aggression succeed against a US-partnered European democracy.
Trump: "Russia wants to see Ukraine succeed. It sounds a little strange but President Putin was very generous in his feeling toward Ukraine succeeding, including supplying energy, electricity and other things at very low prices."

US intelligence believes Putin’s goal remains unchanged: full conquest of Ukraine and reclaiming parts of Europe once under Soviet control. Despite claims from Trump’s peace team that the war could soon end, intel paints a total different picture aligned with European assessments.

It’s revealing that many MAGA people responding to this simply don’t believe it’s true. This defilement of the White House and the Presidency is too much for even his fans. Can anyone now deny that his mental health is declining scary fast?

Sounds about right.

USA kansallisen turvallisuus strategian mukaan, maan tavoite on käytännössä hajottaa Euroopan Unioni, ja tukea järjestelmää missä Venäjä on tasapuolinen strateginen kumppani.

Löytyykö Suomesta yhtään toimittajaa joka uskaltaa kysyä ensimmäisen ja jatko kysymyksen TP Stubbilta tästä asiasta?

Rule of law is over. This administration is openly confessing they only follow court orders they “feel” are good.
They’re simultaneously arguing that soldiers have to follow all orders from the president, legal or not, but they get to ignore orders from a federal judge if they feel they’re not legal.
KARL: Did you know about the judge's order when you issued your order for the planes to continue?

KRISTI NOEM: This is an activist judge. We comply with all federal orders that are lawful and binding.

This is shocking, but not as shocking as the inability of the other reporters to defend their own. Truly a shameless group of cowards.
When asked if there was anything "incriminating" in Epstein's emails, Trump pointed a finger in a female reporter's face and snapped. 'Quiet. Quiet, Piggy.'

Maybe time to once and for all rid ourselves of any illusions about the American government. Keep talking when needed, be polite, be the adult in the room but never trust the Americans, and never ever rely on them for anything.

It’s the worst case scenario. Not only is Trump privately parroting Putin’s demand of getting the unconquered cities of Donbas. Trump is also lying in public, stating he wants to merely freeze the current front line. Actual Manchurian Candidate.
