I have a (2nd-to-the-top-of-our-location) manager who writes their emails in blue Comic Sans.
Another manager yesterday used "belive" "pallaets" "sezame" "plise" (please?) and oh I can't even remember but there were 3 or 4 more. In one email. That was printed out and distributed.

In Flight of the Fates, AL doesn't really have any. Molly is…particular, but contextual - sometimes she wants/needs control, sometimes needs to be devoid of it, etc., although…she has a bit of a thing for blood.

No clue if this works because I'm not a real adult and don't know how postage works (also I'm in Canada and maybe it's different here?), but it's a very fun idea regardless!
the way you handle those pre-paid envelopes is to put something heavy in them - like a piece of flat heavy metal - and tape it up good to mail it - they have to pay the postage, they'll get the hint. I used to do that to the swarms of credit card apps I used to get - until I didn't :)

If you have (or can get) a full-spectrum/SAD/"happy light" etc., use them!
If you can't, get as much exposure to natural sunlight as you can; it's less effective this time of year, so you'll need more of it.
