Miss Molly, having adopted a viewpoint of essentially "God does not play dice with the universe", has decided that things are being controlled and that ominous must mean likely.

AL, on the other hand, is currently seeing ominous only as *tall*.

So here's some screenshots: first one is the kink table, which is fairly fun. What's *really* fun though are the rolls for attraction and such, which is the second screenshot XD
A 9-square table. The horizontal axis is labelled "satisfaction" and the vertical "desire" (although those are not really accurate). The squares, in order from top left, going to the right, are: Top row: "Hard Kink", "Soft Kink", and "Squee", covering a high reflexive reaction with increasing levels of self-control/presentation around that reaction. Middle row: "Medium Kink", "Taboo Desire", and "Just a regular preference", covering a moderate level of reflexive reaction with increasing levels of self control/presentation around that reaction. Lower row: "Secret Kink", "Secret Desire", and "Ultra Switch", covering low levels of reflexive reaction with increasing levels of self control/ presentation around that reaction. Some explanation text is included in each box. I will provide it on request but am typing this all manually on my phone and am terrified to swap windows to copy/paste the dozen or so times that would be needed for fear that it'll get wiped, sorry. <3 A screenshot of several very very large tables in a spreadsheet document. It is loosely divided into four similarly sized rectangular sections. The upper rectangle (a roughly 30x30 grid) covers the level of attraction each partygoer feels toward every other partygoer, colour-coded by what level of activity they get up to together. Each attendee had individual thresholds for their own rolls - how attracted they had to be to want to talk to someone, play a game with them, kiss, etc.; these were constructed in advance based on characterization, before the rolls were made. The second rectangle is a roughed-in representation of the three rooms at the party and who is where, when. The third rectangle is a time-block schedule for each partygoer, in twenty-minute increments, colour codes by how involved/busy the person is during that increment as well as loosely describing what they're doing. Colour codes also define group activities such as spin the bottle or Mortisa Bare'Em, a local strip wrestling game which hosts official matches which are widely attended (the name is a translingual Dwarvish-common tongue play on words). The fourth rectangle is a repeat of the first, but without the attraction rolls listed and with a few different highlights applied. Also where the colour coding is only partial (covering one half of the rectangle, which is of course mirrored across a diagonal) in the first rectangle, it is completed in the fourth, making for a much more satisfying aesthetic.

I offer as tribute: an old pupper (Tipsy) and a sleepy kitten (Wyrria) for now, but can fetch more (another cat, a ball Python, and a gecko) as desired!

I have…a variety XD and some of them even run!

My baby is an '83 Honda VF750, but the gas tank is leaking right now so not running.

On the road, we've got an '81 Suzuki GS400 (fantastic starter my wife's learning on) and a Spyder 990 (trike; my wife's dream bike XD)

A photo of a 1983 Honda VF750 Interceptor: a 750cc, 90 degree v4 engine, liquid-cooled. An early muscle bike which took awards at track meets. The exposed chassis and large squarish tank set it apart from many other motorcycles (though the tanks suffered from poor durability on the lower pinch seams). This one is two-toned, white and blue/purple. Mine is black and yellow but also in the garage so I can't get a picture right now since I'm not wearing pants. A Suzuki GS400 motorcycle - a simple, classic, 400cc aor-cooled twin. Classic cafe styling and reliability make for a solid bike that'll please a wide audience. Each cylinder has its own carb and its own exhaust pipe, for a good balanced look. No head fairing makes for a more rider-centric style. This one is red with a black seat and chrome front fender; ours is kinda just brownish, with a brown seat, and chrome front fender - ours is also missing the side panels. A picture of a Can-Am BRP Spyder 990, a 990cc three-cylinder inline inverted trike, with two wheels in the front and a single thick wheel in the back. It's a sleek crossover between motorcycle and car, most comparable in my opinion to being a snowmobile or jetski on land (unsurprising, perhaps, given Can-Am's ubiquity in those markets). This one is black and yellow, as is ours, although ours has a larger custom-made windscreen and an attached rear storage box for added space. The front flips open as well for substantial storage - enough for two 5 litre Jerry cans to sit side by side.

I couldn’t keep the amusement from my face as I looked up from the small handful of coins to Molly’s face. “Just- we’ve got five times as much as I think I ever held before I met you,” I snickered, shaking my head as another laugh blurted out of me. “And here I was, worried!” “Given that my understanding is you regularly ate rotten food found in the garbage, I am uncertain I should be particularly reassured,” Molly murmured, and she might have sounded unimpressed but she said it through a smirk. I snorted anyway, waving her comments off. “Oh nonsense, Molly, ‘course I didn’t. I ate the not rotten bits, I’ll have you know.” “...of otherwise rotten food.” She crossed her arms."

AL has ended up with a baby (not their own) and tries to find a solution by seeking out followers of the Fates - not a religion, exactly, but there's a sort of monastic spiritualism associated.

However, I like this bit - some fun description! AL parts ways with the under-assault Compass on an escape glider.

They look around, smile bright lighting their face: Think this is a good place to build; A new life, constructed upon the place, Where they've buried the self that they killed."

Update to the update: about two seconds after I hit post, someone else joined me in the hot tub. After falling off of a nearby tree.
