I love Austen and adaptations of her work as much as anyone, but this is fundamentally getting embarrassing at this point. Give us big budget adaptations of Belinda, Clarissa, and Moll Flanders!!! I swear to you it will be better than the unending morass of super hero films!!
Every time a new Austen is announced I get more radicalised into my 'adapt BELINDA you cowards' agenda.

Wie sich die Gleichzeitigkeit von Alltag und aufziehendem Faschismus angefühlt haben muss, kann ich erst jetzt richtig nachvollziehen. Man sitzt irgendwie geschockt vor Nachrichten, muss dann aber auch Geld verdienen und die Geschirrspülmaschine ausräumen.

The cemetery in Amlwch has a gravestone in the form of a lighthouse. It is for Thomas Cunningham, who had worked on a lighthouse in Shanghai for 30 years. He was originally from Liverpool. It is very detailed, even with an iron ladder up the side to the doorway.
