People want strong climate action. Unfortunately, because it has an immediate affect on their lives, people prioritise the general economy & the cost of living as their top concerns when asked. This gives politicians an excuse not to act or worse, actively fight against it.

Saw Godzilla Minus One on the weekend and it was as excellent as I’d hoped! I read it as a commentary on the role of government but haven’t sat with it long enough to know if I like that interpretation yet or not. The characters felt more real than caricature, though, which I appreciated.
