just had a conversation here at the beach with a man who shared that his parents were Cherokee and did not speak English until they were around 8. He said his dad had scars on his hands where his teachers would strike him if he didn’t speak English.

Congress has had years to do something about data brokers and they've sided with the tech lobby over and over again.

My law firm is currently litigating 55 voting and election cases in 24 states. Two points:
This is a very large caseload for this point in the election cycle.
It is more evenly spread across states than usual which reflects the creep of voter suppression laws into even safe GOP states.

I’m in NC where our entire Counsel of State went blue, with the exception of one position and we broke our corrupt NCGOP supermajority. There is no way all of those voters chose a Democrat for governor, attorney general, etc. then chose Trump for President. Defies logic.
