A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.

My fatalistic guess is that he was ordered to not swear her in before tomorrow, because they plan to incite hostilities (or flat out attack) at the #NoKings protests, which will be their long-desired excuse to implement martial law nationally and not reopen the government to Democrats again at all

I had to escort her into the Capitol on Wed bc Capitol police must treat her as a public visitor until she’s sworn in. And solo visitors aren’t allowed during shutdown!
