There needs to be a crowd funder for a BBC legal defence fund. I have my credit card ready.

If I was a weather forecaster on the TV I would lose my shit if a presenter said to me on the hand over, "oh, no more rain please".
'I'm a fucking forecaster you asshole; I do not make the weather'.

The botched Brexit deal is costing Britain £90bn a year. It's time to turbocharge our economy with a UK-EU customs union.

MPs must back our bill today.

Cannot wait for GBNEWS and Nigel Farage to join the barricades about an arch Trump critic having his words censored by the BBC - they must be absolutely furious about this 🤔

I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

Why is it so hard to run the BBC? Is impartiality possible? Is it even what polarised viewers even want?

Faith schools in the UK are a problem. As @profaliceroberts.bsky.social says here, every child deserves the chance to explore the world through evidence and reason. But the divisive and discriminatory nature of faith schools is failing thousands of children. 🧵

Whole fucking thing makes me sick to my stomach. An abject fucking liar, a man who lies as easily as he fucking breathes, threatening an organisation which strives for truthfulness. And plastic patriots like the Mail and Farage urging him on. Jackels.

Also, if you're "in bed with flu", it's almost certainly Covid.
After a long pause, I've just done another England Covid & NHS update as we head into the autumn/winter season.

TLDR: we're in a significant Covid wave now, the NHS is stretched, get boosted if you're eligible.

I see the NHS efficiency problem.
What should be a routine annual PSA test following prostate cancer treatment (all on my medical record) a couple of years ago has turned into a 2 email, 3 phone call & now a Drs phone consultation next week. All over a £21 test that I need to have.
