Stop what you’re doing and read this whistleblower report. ICE has been training its agents that they don’t need a judicial warrant to break down your door - a blatant violation of the 4th Amendment. www.documentcloud.org/documents/26...

Whistleblowers just shared a memo showing DHS instructing ICE to force their way into peoples' houses without a proper warrant. Why is this not on all the networks right now? This is a criminal conspiracy to violate rights under color of law.

ICE detain the wrong restaurant worker—then arrest him anyway for "resisting."

Agents didn't ask for ID—or even his name—just tackled him down with no warrant.

Romeo has a speech impediment, making it difficult for him to communicate quickly to agents.

This happened at the Early Bird in Omaha, NE

Seeking asylum is not illegal. U.S. and international law guarantee the right to request asylum if fleeing persecution. Crossing a border to seek protection is legal—this is enshrined in both U.S. law and the 1951 Refugee Convention.
Posting tonight ti shine a light on what the Alien Enemies Act looks like IRL. Our @immdef.bsky.social client fled Venezuela last year & came to US to seek asylum. He has a strong claim. He was detained upon entry because ICE alleged his tattoos are gang related. They are absolutely not. 🧵

If my autistic, asthmatic, arse is a classed as a national security threat for the US then I 100% guarantee that they cannot call themselves a global power anymore.

I was hoping to try flying for the first time and now I'm thinking that's a bad plan. The lyrics to Ironic were the first thing I thought of tbh.
Mr. Play It Safe was afraid to fly
He packed his suitcase and kissed his kids goodbye
He waited his whole damn life to take that flight
And as the plane crashed down, he thought
"Oh right fascists have eroded every safety check we once had"
