after 10 years of big social media telling us no one wants posts that link out to other websites, it turns out it was really just the big social media companies that didn't want that
So I don't check my analytics that much, but this is the first time I've noticed that Bluesky topped the list of referrers to Techdirt (for non-search based traffic, Google still sent a lot more).

I’m liking bluesky but so far but I’m not sure it has the juice as a Twitter replacement. nowhere near the same level dread or misery upon logging in. hoping they address in future updates

Could be totally off base here, but Twitter 2.0’s mission of becoming “the world’s most accurate real-time information source” might go better if they hadn’t just spent 6 months ripping out literally all the technology, policies, and teams required to do that.
