More broadly, I’ve been really working on turning back toward creating intentional ‘analog‘ spaces: terrestrial radio over streaming, physical books over the doom scroll, reducing app-based social media use almost completely and keeping it housed on my laptop, which never leaves my desk.

This is awesome and I'm really not a child hater all the time. It's just the stressed parents who make their stress everyone's business are the ones who freak me out. If we had better childcare infrastructure I'm sure more parents wouldn't be as prone to verbally eviscerate random people.
