Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

Last week, the US military missed an actual drug boat in the Pacific carrying 13.2 tons of narcotics, which Panama seized—one of the largest hauls to date. Instead of blowing it out of the water, 10 suspects were arrested, and valuable intelligence was gathered. What a concept.

Donald Trump says the House Oversight Committee should get all files it is "legally entitled to."

That phrase is critical.

I suspect he will use that phrase to block most of the files not already release now that he has re-opened an investigation into Jeffry Epstein.

Today I discovered something worse than a crackle tune. A crackle tune on a motorcycle. He was doing a fly-by on me when I had the top down. At least I got the window up just in time as he was passing. Thing was LOUD.

Whoa! Powerful PSA from the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. These are some of the women, who were young girls at the time, that the pedophile president is calling liars. Every time Dirty Donald refers to the rape of children as a hoax, he shames himself. Trump is a monster. 😳👇

Supposedly after pretending it was about money they're just openly talking in meetings about how they'll trash contracts and fire comedians for the absolutely unprescedented act of... making fun of the president on a late night talk show.

Dictator shit.

If only…if only!!!…there had been a way to predict that this would happen.
When the White House took control of the “press pool” that accompanies the president, journalists worried that the Trump administration would use that power to explicitly punish news outlets. And now it's happening. The WSJ has been booted from an upcoming Trump trip: www.cnn.com/2025/07/21/m...

Journalists keep asking me, baffled, “What’s the Trump administration really trying to do to the science agencies?”

So I say “They are trying to destroy them. Cut off their funding, ruin their facilities, harass their staff into leaving.”

It’s not reform, and it never was. It’s destruction.
