-We serve an international audience, a majority of which is outside the U.S.

If your research depends on databases that are/were funded by, or are hosted by organizations funded by USAID it’s a good idea to back it up somewhere else. The clock is ticking.
And foreign assistance websites that held data on foreign aid have been down for a week it appears; including aidscape.usaid.gov and www.foreignassistance.gov
