Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.

I thought, "can I make a janky input lag comparison?"
Comparison method is scuffed, but time between hitting edge of stick and screen movement:

got a "voicemail" from those callcenters which call you and it redirects to someone. when it jumped to voicemail, their system thought i picked the phone up. now i have a 2min voicemail with a bunch of people talking in the background
