1. At Charlie Kirk's vigil just now, DNI Tulsi Gabbard just invoked MLK Jr.'s line, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that." She insisted Kirk "lived" by that line.

Unclear how Kirk would've felt about that comparison, since he decried MLK as “awful” and "not a good person."

Charlie Kirk did not deserve to die. But America did not deserve the hate he spewed.

His specific hate aginst the Civil Rights Act, MLK, transgender Americans, most college students, the daughter of George Floyd and many others are now silent.

God will judge him for all the harm he has caused.

When people asked me about Trump in 2016, this was one of the things I noted was missing from a full rollover to concentration camp regime status: a large offensive armed force loyal to the president active nationwide. We need to do as much as possible to limit their reach and hold them accountable.
Armed Trump administration agents wearing masks just showed up outside of Gavin Newsom’s press conference.

This is what rising fascism looks like.

Fuck Politico.
Trump is relishing his role as peacemaker in chief and "loves being in the position to be a kingmaker," according to a White House official granted anonymity to speak candidly about the president.

Americans are being conditioned to think of crime as an urban issue. Ask why.

Alabama's murder rate is far higher than New York City's.

Urban crime is not worse than rural crime. It's just more visible. In cities everything is more visible.

So be careful what you blame city leaders for.
