Suomessa on ollut sosiaalinen ja yhteiskunnallinen sopimus, jossa kolmas sektori on parlamentaarisesti riittävästi resursoitu tukemaan julkista ja yksityistä sektoria. Nyt tätä sopimusta on alettu kyseenalaistamaan ja sen seurauksena yhteiskunnallinen eriarvoisuus ja turvattomuus on kasvanut.

Overall, this is what the history of web tracking on government websites looks like over the past 29 years. A few countries have backed off somewhat on tracking visitors to their websites, but overall, the trend is towards increased tracking.
A 61 by 29 heatmap showing how common trackers are on goverment websites worldwide. There is a noticeable worldwide increase in trackers in most countries around 2015, and an increasing trends overall.
