We Wait - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gustopher is floating in a nameless expanse with his arms stretched out and his eyes closed... Colors of blue, black, purple, and pink spark and shift all around him. He can do nothing here but wait. Gustopher: I am adrift in the realm between. Time is meaningless. Panel 2 Gustopher contemplates his situation further. Gustopher: How long has it been? Minutes? Years? Who knows... Panel 3 In reality, Gustopher is laying on the floor with his cat, Mewbert, comfortably lying on top of him. August is watching while holding a cup of something warm that probably has caffeine in it. He would be concerned but is well aware that he has done stuff like this when he was a kid. Panel 4 August decides to make sure that Gustopher is okay. August: You okay? Gustopher: Yeah, just waiting for my game to finish updating. Mewbert opens her eyes and notices that Nougat, the other cat, has seen that Gustopher is lying on the floor. Mewbert does not wish to relinquish this comfortable place to nap. Nougat wants a lap to nap on too. There will not be peace in this house tonight.

Sus formularios de oposición jamás funcionaron y declararon que "seguirán procesando nuestros datos AUNQUE NOS OPONGAMOS A ELLO". ▪️ Mark Zuckerberg aprobó el uso del conjunto de datos LibGen sabiendo que es un conjunto de datos pirata. No solo se valió de todos los contenidos, públicos y privados, de FB e IG para entrenar sus modelos generativos de IA, sino que además fue por contenidos pirateados SABIENDO que lo eran y con la intención de ocultar sus rastros. ▪️ Los chatbots de IA de META mantienen conversaciones sexuales con menores de edad. META tenía normas internas que permitían a sus chatbots mantener conversaciones de carácter romántico o sensual con menores de edad. Midjourney ▪️ Entrenó su IAG con material protegido por derechos de autor de fotógrafos e ilustradores sin su consentimiento. La lista compartida por Jon Lam en 2023 revela los nombres de los miles de artistas cuyas obras se utilizaron para entrenar Midjourney. ▪️ David Holz hablaba abiertamente sobre usar nombres de artistas como prompts para su IAG. Midjourney se lanzó al mercado promocionando su capacidad de explotar el nombre de los artistas con comandos indicativos (prompts): «imagina X cosa “pintada por X artista” o “en el estilo de X artista” ▪️ Midjourney utilizó el conjunto de datos LAION-5B, donde se encontró contenido CSAM (material ilegal de abusos sexuales a menores)
