Just had a genius idea for a new game mechanic. Dropped everything to prototype it. Now I have three half-finished systems, zero gameplay, and a folder named “Final_Final_Prototype_v6” that crashes on load. Game dev’s going great.

It's not a bad idea to go to the local Walmart or big box retailer and buy lots of consumables now. From toothpaste to soap, anything you can find storage space for, buy before they have to replenish inventory.
Even if it's made in the USA , they will jack up the price and blame it on tariffs.

Fun with Fibonacci indexing on a sphere, for an article I'm writing. (Locally computed (procedurally generated) Voronoi polys and connected Delaunay tris with nearly uniform area, for any index point and at any resolution. No need to compute the whole mesh, just the patch around a chosen index)
