Are you sure you don't GROK what he'll use millions of unencumbered email responses to to a simply worded questions for ?
I mean who copyrights an email, or bothered to add a long winded 'not for any other use' disclaimer, not that they'd care.

would likely do what many institutions do when this idea resurfaces—use the declaration to start the appropriate proceedings immediately. While you might get away with this because you have more lawyers, "Pray I don’t alter it further" doesn’t usually fly.
