I know it’s distressing seeing people every day pleading for money not to starve especially if there’s little you can do to help. But at the very least stop with the assumptions that Gaza fundraisers are all scammers and stop labeling/reporting their accounts!! They’re real people trying to survive!

Along with the info in thread, this article gives a detailed history of PayPal and other processors/banks' history of censoring adult content then blaming each other. Don't let them off the hook when you call.

So when you guys do you daily calls today you should ask mastercard what illegal adult content they found on these content creation platforms. Tell them to make names. When they give you the runaround say "but what have you found that's illegal".

Yeah, I worked in customer support and, if it's a 'peak' of one day, they will not care. They'll wipe their hands and say "ok, volumes are back to normal, it's fixed"
