there is a lot near me that would be walkable if there was just a little bit more shoulder to the road or, if we get nasty, a sidewalk on the opposite side of the road barrier. but there isnt so i have to drive my car for 2 minutes and idle in the same intersection for 5 minutes to go get anything

More simply put, this means gender-affirming care providers nationwide will continue to receive federal funding, pending further litigation. It's great news.
