It's so crazy to watch what your parents go through and know that your ancestors went through the same thing just to have 70% rights of others and then I guess one of us flew too close to the Sun and became president and they have to slap us back down.

I saw a clips of Dispatch. But I know people were saying it's a game. I still haven't seen the game portion of it. Just looks like someone spends a lot of money on some animation. Watching clips on YouTube I thought I was watching just a show with no game.

China's economy has grown by ~5% in the last year, so this comprehensively debunks the idea (again) that emissions are tied to growth. So yes, faster progress needed, but this is how you turn the corner.

"Wishlist quality" is a handy shorthand that implies:
1) Some sources are lower quality
2) Some wishlisters (people) are less committed
But really it's all about YOUR GAME. Some games will get more "hell yeah" wishlists than others. Some games have a more attractive launch offering.

I seem to be getting job offers randomly for federal jobs including the FBI as the last one. Is it because my former government clearance and they're scraping the bottom of the barrel? Is it something I'm doing that's triggering it? I don't know but not as long as these clowns are in charge.

It should be June 20th all year round. Screw this daylight killing time or whatever the hell it's called. I call it too damn dark too damn early. You should have the sun up in your face at like 4:30 or 5 or whatever time it is and then it's not really dark until around 9:30.

What Dan says. Yeah it is terrifying. There's not a week goes by when we don't see a seemingly great game perform poorly, and you feel for the devs/studio because you know things are going to be rough.
This is a great read.
Also: important to realise that this industry has become *persistently terrifying* for your favourite devs, and that is no atmosphere in which to be creative.
Try to buy games, if you're able. Buy lots of games. Review and share them if you love them. Talk about them.
