I could easily go over the 19 hour mark if I had accompanying sound clips.

Funny thing about losing weight (~10 lbs) & bumping FTP over the winter (273w > 287w):
My regular road loop of ~20 miles and 980' of climbing would be considered a decent clip at 15.0 mph. Now I'm doing it at 16.4-16.7 comfortably.
I'm still amused/shocked I pulled that off as I near 53 in May. 🙂
