I don't mind it tho. Seems more interesting than a lot of their other new offerings.

I lost track of Ferrari after the 488, for the most part.

That city hall is stunning. Still very forward thinking, but people who still get excited over Piano Man and Olive Garden can't process it. 🙄

It would be replaced with some neoclassical BS that has zero architectural value.

I think I'm similar. I'm good at big bursts on the actual bike, but those are harder during a 20 minute text vs a cross race. I averaged 279w at Minuteman over 50 minutes, but the bumps above 1000w nudged that average up.

Makes sense.

The ramp test is shorter so you can make a bigger effort and survive, instead of watching that 20 minutes count down at a glacial pace.

I'll bet I could do a 300w ramp test now. Maybe I'll try that for sh*ts and giggles at a later date.

I watched it last week & thought it was pretty good. A more distant relative, but still a pretty impressive collection.

The Sultan's actual collection is very well guarded. Doesn't seem like they want to share it anytime soon.

Larry explained it on The Smoking Tire (?) before the video release.

I see a decent number of them in RI. It took awhile for them to penetrate the market, but that was Covid supply issues at first

The 1st Gen HRV dwarfs it tho. Way more of those than any other cute ute (including the 2nd Gen HRV, which I don't like at all).

I'll give advance warning to the coaches that bikes are the priority today. 🤓

If I don't get clobbered by Brown today, I'm hoping to get down there for one last shop ride.

The thing about these hate mongers is, they usually get forgotten pretty rapidly shortly after they're out of the public eye.

No one is talking about Limbaugh, Carlson or O'Reilly anymore.

Consumer spending during the Biden years was BONKERS.

That won't be seen again for quite awhile.

I must be REALLY desensitized.

It was very morbid, but I guess because he was an actual Nazi...
September 11, 2025 at 3:16 AM
The press won't label him as the Nazi he was. They will sanitize and normalize him.

They're already much more breathless about this than they were the Minnesota senator assassination.

This is historically how fascists meet their end.
September 11, 2025 at 3:11 AM
I'm assuming the shooter was a highly trained sniper.

I wonder if he'll even get caught if he was operating at that level.

I also wonder if this is the start of a coordinated antifa-style campaign.

A great response I saw on Threads earlier was a dude responding to Kamala Harris' condolences.

He said "Go and have a steak. He'd be dancing on your grave if this happened to you."

The press will fully downplay that he was an actual Nazi.

Speed holes, eh???
September 11, 2025 at 2:53 AM
It was uncanny that some of his last words were hating on trans people. Vile to the bitter end.
September 11, 2025 at 2:35 AM
This photo is astonishing. Incredible. 😮😮😮
September 11, 2025 at 2:32 AM
He knocked a Craig Ellwood house down to build a modern farmhouse McMonstrosity. That was a garbage move.

But the fascism tops it. How does this not damage his brand?
September 11, 2025 at 2:28 AM
Historically, it's how fascism plays out.
September 11, 2025 at 2:22 AM
It was obviously a trained sniper. The backstory will be very interesting if they catch the actual shooter.

They'll pun it in someone. That's the scary part.

I honestly wonder if this is the beginning of a coordinated effort.

It doesn't look much different than a Lexus UX dropped on some bigger wheels.

I'd do that to a UX if I were younger and didn't care about rude quality.

Lincoln Mark IV is up there. An early one with the smaller bumpers. That would be on my lottery restomod list. 😎
