Good news! My friend was considering moving but she isn't anymore. Yay, I can have them 5 mins walk away for longer. We've known each other since we were 11 and when I moved here we've been able to see each other a lot more than recent years

After months of feeling low, I think my mood has been a little better this week. Still struggling with self care etc. Arm looks a mess. The aim is to do some washing up at some point this afternoon. First up, though, is lazing on the sofa to read.

It was good post today. Replacement chain for my cross after hospital incident. Card for friend who got a new job. Photo card for Kara's birthday. I also got a letter about warm home discount, wanting me to get in touch. I had to last yr too b/c there is a slight address issue

I'm having a lazy day today. The only thing I have planned is seeing my friend for a brew at my friend's that lives round the corner. Hoping for cuddles from my godson. He is adorable. I wonder if he's still calling me daddy today lol

I'm so pleased. My friend works in what can only be described as a toxic environment. She's kept going in despite this and when unwell. She's just heard she's been offered a new job somewhere else.
