Hello my chonically ill chums! I take several medicines a day and use the App Medisafe to remind me when and what dosage to take. From tomorrow my free plan will no longer be supported 💔 can anyone recommend an alternative app for medication reminders? I unfortunately cannot afford the monthly fee.

Libraries are so underutilised 🙌🏼 people just aren't aware of the resources available to them!
I know everyone says this, but the amount of STUFF libraries have available digitally is just breathtaking. My library system here in Baton Rouge has thousands of Udemy courses available. And they're free! They're so free.
