The message is: crowd large.

Many politicians, administrators, and business leaders, in bowing to Trump, have drawn confidence and comfort from the perceived vibe shift.

Events like this puncture that delusion.
You can stop asking where the mass opposition is. It's everywhere.
People poured out to protest not only what Trump has done—and what they fear he will do next.

Any ceasefire that allows Russian troops to remain in Ukrainian territory while constraining Ukraine's ability to get them out is a win for Putin. Especially if Ukraine wasn't in on the discussion. #TrumpIsARussianAsset

Schumer, Durbin, Gary Peters, and co. are King Suckers. I have a nice bridge to sell to any of them.
Two Republican senators told me tonight this vote shows they can execute the same strategy again — cut Democrats out of the negotiations on a gov’t funding bill, pass it thru the House, and expect Senate Dems to back down and not filibuster it.

“We liked it over here,” one said.

Good on Perkins for litigating this outrage, but color me offended at the implication by this reporter that attorneys who don't work for BigLaw are "less skilled." I know plenty of solos who have been kicking BigLaw ass for years. www.nytimes.com/2025/03/12/u...
Trump’s Revenge on Law Firms Seen as Undermining Justice System
The president’s use of government power to punish firms is seen by some legal experts as undercutting a basic tenet: the right to a strong legal defense.

Agreed.
Elissa Slotkin is a republican. The Democratic leadership wants the party to be 1980s republicans. What we need is more spending, not less.
Welker to Slotkin: "Democrats were in charge for four years. You were in Congress at the time. Why didn't Democrats do more to cut government spending when they were in charge?"

Everyone in Michigan who votes for Fascist Donnie, enjoy your new electric bills, courtesy of your brainless cult leader's pointless Canadian tariffs. Good luck getting your tacky eagle-festooned kitchens remodeled for less than $200k. Etc.

That's great that Democrats are inviting people to Fascist Donny's State of the Union Address in an apparent attempt to shame him. Problem is, he feels no shame and won't care. Total boycott is a stronger statement.
