Is Bank of America refusing to process anyone else's usual direct deposit today? Payroll was submitted on time the exact same way as usual for years. Never had this issue with any other holiday.

When the crucial library services funded by IMLS are gone shortly, no library can play the "neutral" card anymore, no matter how much they've stuck their feet in the mud about it.
