Yup! They just wanna tantalize you into the sale. 😭 And the house inspector didn't note half the things he should have either so as new homeowners we had no idea what to look for (but inspectors can't really be touched here either if they miss stuff 😭 so we had no recourse)

If we agree there’s a housing crisis in California - and let’s be clear, a lot of homeowners don’t agree - then it seems we should try to get more housing, any housing, as fast as possible. And not let perfect be the enemy of good.

So the pool action was lit. No it wasn’t there was a couple pairs of non aggressive HOA bots there, but the water was perfecto and that hot tub was hot af. Did its job on this lower lumbar 🤌

This lady's posts exude the same vibes as the woman who came over to yell at me that she was mad about having to see a tarp over my leaking skylight a few days after my cat passed. The tarp was outside my control (condo HOA crap), but I had to endure minutes of hearing how angry it made her.
