Aikido is beautiful in that in it there is room for both empty hand work (taijutsu), and aikijo and aikiken.
Here is a video of the 6 standard kumitachi with some variations, and it's really in those we can touch the common principles.

As the rate of use of LLM (basically ChatGPT) grows exponentially, the rate of discussion and reflection of what that means for us should increase as well.

There are laws in place of who can be picked to safe guard the qualifications of these people.

Trump has now got rid of these safe guards, fired the previous VERY qualified head of JCOS, and appointed a MAGA hat-bearing non-active duty yes-sayer on this, one of the most critical of positions.
