Netanyahu’s plan to occupy Gaza is abhorrent and it's increasingly clear that his goal is ethnic cleansing.

The UK can't just sit on its hands. The Prime Minister must stop all arms exports to Israel and sanction Netanyahu and his cabinet.

GP practices £/patient/year

Risen from £152.81 to £169.75

This includes all costs, staff, patient appts, buildings etc

If this had kept with inflation this should be £207

A real terms cut of £37 (£2.3bn)

Can’t see a GP blame the Govt & @NHSEngland

Why are @teamlabouruk.bsky.social so 💩

They can pretty much push though any policy for the benefit of the people of the country

Not getting a second term with their current policy of being Tory 2.0 & Reform lite

Opportunity to fix the problems created by years of Tories is in their gift🤷🏻‍♂️

Lawyers for Liz Truss have asked me to stop saying Liz Truss crashed the economy. I only said Liz Truss crashed the economy because Liz Truss did crash the economy. If she wanted me to not say Liz Truss crashed the economy, she shouldn’t have crashed the economy.

The Vivienne embodied a major part of UK drag - her wit, her paint, her humour, her vocals. Watching her career rise across the years, she struck me as the natural successor to the likes of Lily Savage. What a supremely talented queen - we bow to thee. Rest well.

Schroedinger's GPs - simultaneously public service and private sector, not really part of the NHS but at the very heart of it.

Helen Salisbury: If GPs aren’t formally part of the NHS, what are we?

Half the population consult General Practice every month

The average number per person is 7 per year
Some people consult a lot (50) & all this for £107.57
It’s not enough & GPs are leaving

£50-£100 for a private GP consultation is an alternative
