A unique quality of QAnon is that it's a conspiracist movement that emerged after their favored leader won power. Usually, a group turns to conspriacism in order to cope with losing power. Instead, QAnon emerged as a way to explain why Trump wasn't doing what he promised (e.g. locking Hillary up.)
