Refraction Method: Index of Refraction (images 1-2): creates artifacts on larger surfaces.

Refraction Method: Pixels Normal Offset (images 3-4): fixes this.

If your Material in #UE5 has Refraction disabled, go to properties & switch it on.

Likely it'll be Index of Refraction but may also be Pixel Normal Offset.

What you choose will depend on material type & on the size of the mesh this material will be applied to.
