I dunno man, as a Metroid fan -
I know we've been hurt before, but sometimes it feels like people are afraid of the series doing anything new. I LOVE Super Metroid, but it's ok for the franchise to be bigger than that.

I don’t talk about it much because the situation doesn’t really change but it’s still insane to me what an enormous amount of really talented game developers are out of work. just whole studios worth of incredible people, often people who worked on beloved games, unemployed.

First swim since the outdoor pools closed for summer. I kind of feel like a noodle, but also, finally confident enough to do laps of breaststroke.
Feels big for me. When I did swim lessons as a kid, it was my nemesis. Breaststroke was why I started failing, and ultimately quit. Only took ~25 years!

10000% understand any WoW addon devs who are like "yea I don't want to deal with this" - updating addons to be compatible with Midnight will probably be extremely annoying

I think the big thing for me is that, Blizzard has to be commited to UI improvements ongoing - not just trying to catch up to addons.
The community is losing a ton of freedom to express and experiment, and Blizzard has to carry that weight now.

Trying to plug away at JRPG Idle - just a few more area maps left in Alpha.
