A US-UK trade deal would be disastrous, particularly for food standards – the infamous chlorine chicken – and for the NHS. There is no "Brexit bonus" to be had.

More significantly, though, it's unlikely to happen. Trump likes talking about the idea but it's not really a priority for them.
