Is this still a nation of freedom? I’m afraid to make my voice heard. I rely on VA and military retirement benefits. If I speak up, those could decrease or disappear. Our leaders can and will do that. Are we free if we cannot speak the truth?

Before leaving military, take extra time to get tested for every possible medical issue you may have. Upon retiring I was told any medical conditions diagnosed within a year were considered service-connected. That’s very wrong. There are only 40 such conditions.
