You know I’m a peaceful person. Yet I wonder, if those in power gained such power by breaking official & unofficial rules, would an appeal to those same rules bring change? Politically, war is a continuation of diplomacy when words have failed. Will words work here? I’m afraid to pursue that logic.

A friend had combination German/Thai restaurant. The first time people did the Elon salute he told them to stop. They did it a few weeks later, so he permanently closed the German side of the restaurant. From then on they only served Thai food.
