Tomorrow is my baby dog's gotcha day - 11 years since a dangerously skinny girl rescued from terrible circumstances became an immediate foster failure. Today she's a happy, cuddly, chonky old lady and I realise more each day that she rescued me, too. ❤️

I spent so much time in Standandstandandstandardbank today and accomplished nothing (the system was offline). At least the handsome branch manager paid a lot of attention to me and tried to make it up to me.

Over the last few months I've dropped quite a few clothes sizes. This is both concerning and expensive. Who knew not taking care of yourself would have consequences.
