An incompetent scene. DT's people are oblivious. There is no way to secure Venezuela unless they have a ton of boots on the ground. Continued bombing and assaults alone either strengthen the powers that be or the systems in place degrade to a point where the country collapses into civil conflict.

Matt Gaetz, James O’Keefe, and Laura Loomer have replaced the Pentagon press corps.

I am not kidding. Look at the thread below.

One of the military’s most critical lines of accountability is now a closed-circuit conspiracy carousel.

If you’re a journalist who’s still on Twitter, from now on in your writing you have to replace “the American people want” with “troll bots in Eastern Europe demand”

Being there makes your judgment suspect. I don’t care how savvy you think you are, you’re marinating in a disinformation campaign.

it's time for journos to start asking Johnson meta questions

"Speaker, on 5 occasions last week you said 'I haven't seen it' when asked about news events w/big implications for public policy. Do you ever read the news, and do you agree it's problematic for the Speaker to be so woefully uninformed?"

Poll: Americans say “too divided”
Pundit: Dems are being too divisive

Poll: Legal system unfair
Pundit: The public thinks Trump should get away with crimes

Poll: Low trust in media
Pundits: MSM is too far left

Every time they see a nonspecific term and assume everyone thinks like a Republican.
I will never understand the pundit obsession with getting Democrats to solve "political division."

Not only is this what they're already doing, but Klein admits that Republicans will never do the same. So elections will remain constant GOP smears and simping Democratic promises of bipartisanship.

People are homeless because they can’t afford rent.

Because capitalism wrings out every piece of productivity from people while just barely maintaining their survival so they can continue to work.

Because suffering on the streets is a threat to make you go clock in.

It’s not a personal failure.

It’s incredible how all these quislings spend their time saying Trump’s dictatorial actions are “distractions” from how unpopular he is when…dictatorial actions are obviously necessary to consolidate power despite being unpopular.
Jeffries on Trump planning a military crackdown in Chicago: "We should continue to support local law enforcement and not simply allow Donald Trump to play games with the lives of the American people as part of his effort to manufacture a crisis and create a distraction because he's deeply unpopular"

Take notes Columbia!
Anyone who contemplated complying with a fascist like Donald Trump needs to read If You Give a Mouse a Cookie first.

You can never satisfy the mouse.

The mouse will always ask for more.

The best time to say "no" is with the first request for the cookie.
