I wish those people who decry UDI as an undemocratic abomination were quite as critical of the sustained undemocratic refusal by Westminster to 'allow' Scotland the independence referendum it wants and has voted for. Chance would be a fine thing.

From Sept 1, peak rail fares will be scrapped permanently by the SNP government in Scotland.
