rthm.com/articles/you... has the links to the references: a h1 antihistamine (Claritin/Allegra/Zyrtec/etc) twice a day at the dose on the bottle (even through the bottle says once a day), plus Pepcid (famotidine) 20mg twice a day, until you're recovered.
