It's 9+ for advanced readers and 11+ generally! There are some deeper themes on social issues which is why it's slightly older but the actual reading age is 9+

I’ve been hitting these (school) STREETS, taking Silverbrook on tour. From Karachi to Kilburn, Chalk Farm to Chelmsford, I’m determined for all these young peeps to meet Yumna and the crew and get inspired inshallah - to stand up for themselves by believing in the power within.

On a different note, A LOT of countries are going to start spending a lot more money on defence. Building weapons. How do we feel about that? I don’t know.

But also I wish KS in the UK had such vision. He is so stuck in the so called rules based order of the last century. CMON MAN!

The country’s revolution was a successful and nonviolent democratic uprising. The west should remember that

17 SLEEPS LEFT UNTIL THE SECRETS OF SLEEPY #SILVERBROOK ARE REVEALED…

Yumna and the Golden Horse is the first in my new series, a magical fantasy adventure set in a (not-so-sleepy) English village. Think Famous Five meets Encanto, if they were Muslim. 👀

Sudan’s war is not “nihilistic” chaos, nor is it a “civil conflict”, writes Yassmin Abdel-Magied This is a war against civilians, punishment for the people’s audacity in standing up to the military regime—and the international community is enabling it.
